Dalam hal merek Anda mendapatkan Surat Resmi Usulan Penolakan Merek dari Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual (DJKI) di Indonesia, ada beberapa langkah yang bisa Anda ambil untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut:<\/p>\n

  1. Identifikasi Masalah<\/strong>: Cari tahu apakah penolakan disebabkan oleh kesamaan dengan merek lain, kurangnya kebaruan, deskripsi yang tidak jelas, atau alasan lain.<\/li>\n
  2. Siapkan dan Kirimkan tanggapan<\/strong>: Anda ke Direktorat Merek dalam waktu paling lama 30 (tiga puluh) hari terhitung sejak tanggal penerimaan surat pemberitahuan penolakan. Pastikan bahwa tanggapan dikirimkan sesuai dengan prosedur yang diatur oleh DJKI.<\/li>\n
  3. Banding<\/strong>: Jika tanggapan Anda tidak diterima dan Anda masih ingin melanjutkan, persiapkan dokumen dan informasi yang diperlukan untuk banding.<\/li>\n
  4. Gugatan Ke Komisi Banding<\/strong>: Apabila Anda meyakini merek Anda patut diterima, maka apabila Banding ditolak dapat mengajukan Gugatan kepada Komisi Banding Merek.<\/li>\n
